Wyoming knows how to do parks. We heard it would be nearly impossible to stay in Yellowstone without a reservation, but we managed to score a weekend campsite right around the corner from Old Faithful thanks to some cancellations.
So we drove north through Grand Teton and saw the famous Chapel of the Sacred Heart.
Then came Yellowstone, which is every bit as spectacular and weird and awe-inspiring as anyone could imagine.
